No one likes to get a shot at the doctor’s office, right? So what is it with our fascination with needle play? Join us for an advanced look into needles and other things that can go under the skin. Dave plans on sharing his knowledge of safety, and then moving in to some hands-on demonstrations of wings, corsets, piercing bondage and buttons. At the end of the class, there will be a visual demonstration of hooks. This is an advanced class where beginners are welcome, and skilled players will be challenged.

Come. This will be a needles class like you have never seen before.

Dave "piercing_wit" L has been a dynamic member of the bay area community for seven years. He served smOdyssey, Inc. as one of the original board members, and also served as smOdyssey's vice president. He was the FolsomFringe Event Coordinator for 2003, 2004 and co-coordinator for 2006 and the upcoming cofounder for 2008. In addition, Dave founded the smOdyssey X-Group and the smOdyssey D/s Discussion Group

Dave also helped conceptualize and implement smOdyssey's original members only play parties (MOPs), provided the ambient music and lighting at those parties, plus the past five FolsomFringe events. He strongly believes in kinky education, and has organized sampler-type events and taught needle play and "dungeon 101"/beginners' dungeon for smOdyssey. He is grateful to Sharrin Spector of "Pierce Ink," for having instructed and mentored him in his piercing skills.
