Marketing team lead

Marketing communication focuses on the creation and execution of printed and email marketing, web-ads, construction a marketing calendar, and updating the board.

REQUIREMENTS

- Creative and influential with an eye for detail

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills

- Strong judgment

- Professional demeanor

- High energy

- Self-initiative

Popcorn social host

the responsibilities are, once a month:

- Show a BDSM-oriented movie (DVD or VHS) at Edges

- Provide the public relations coordinator with the movie information so that it can be publicized

- Provide the person in charge of the smOdyssey web site with that same information for the same purpose

- Bring refreshments: soft drinks, cookies, and most importantly popcorn

- Clean up after the movie

- Get the gate code from the appropriate board contact

- Collect donations

- Turn over the donations to the treasurer, less expense for refreshments

- Provide the treasurer with an accounting of the donations

First Monday Munch host

Munch are 7:30-9:30pm First Monday of EVERY month.

Duties:

- make sure room is ready for munch

- start introduction at 8:15pm. First host needs to announce the confidentally of all the goes on in the room. (along with help keep intros moving)

- Open the floor for announcements and que people to allow them to speak one at a time.

- Observe guest to confirm it is a safe area for all people.

- Confirm checks are handled. If not for them to call upon Tender to get them paid.

- Give feedback on waiter/ess and resturant if there is any in an email to Tender.
